The six-speed manual transmission also has Downshift Rev Matching technology, that watches the position of your shifter and pedal, and ensures the engine is set at the perfect RPM for a smooth downshift, no matter how quickly you’re rowing through the gears.
If manual isn’t for you, drivers can opt for our ground-breaking Direct Shift Continually Variable Transmission (DS-CVT) instead, which incorporates a fixed ‘first gear’ for high-speed acceleration from a stop, and full Continually Variable Transmission (CVT) technology thereafter, for a smoother, faster, and more fuel-efficient drive.
